You are facing a choice: what to build, who to hire, whether a quote is fair, or whether your current developers are heading the right way. I sit on your side of the table. I do not sell hours or a platform, so I can simply say what I think.

What you get in the first session
- A day of my time, on site or online
- I read what is there: the idea, the quotes, the code if it exists
- The questions I always ask: why are you building this, what value does it deliver, what can you ship today
- Written advice: what I would do, what I would leave, and in which order
After that
- If more is needed you get a custom proposal: a follow-up, guidance for your team, or I build it myself
- I do not take on a retainer without doing that one session first
How it goes
- 1IntakeYou send what you have. A few sentences is enough; a quote or a codebase is welcome too.
- 2SessionOne day. I look, ask questions, and say what I see.
- 3AdviceYou get it on paper, in plain language, so you can take it to whoever you like.
Price€ 500
For the first session including written advice. Everything after that is a custom proposal with a fixed price.
