Who we are

web2000 is based in the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce number 64465284, VAT number NL855677685B01, address Vlietweg 15, 2266 KA Leidschendam. For anything on this page you can reach us at info@web2000.nl.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, what you are looking for and your message. We need your name and message to understand your question, and your email address to reply. The form is sent to our own mailbox at info@web2000.nl and nowhere else. Sending the form also passes on the language of the page you used, so we answer you in Dutch or English.

How long we keep it

We keep a message as long as we need it to answer you and to finish anything that follows from it, and at most one year after our last contact. After that we delete it. If we end up working together, the message becomes part of the project file and we keep it as long as the law requires.

Statistics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read, and only after you accept it in the cookie banner. Decline, and nothing is loaded and no cookie is placed. Your choice is stored in your own browser. To change your mind, clear the site data for web2000.nl in your browser and choose again the next time the banner appears.

We sell nothing

We do not sell your data, we do not trade it and we do not use it for advertising. We only share it with the parties that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider and our email provider, and only to the extent they need it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to limit its use, and receive a copy. Send an email to info@web2000.nl and we will respond within a month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
